A $8.9 billion home remodeling project on an island off the coast of Miami will include solar panels, according to a company’s plan.
The $2.8 billion project will add 2,000 solar panels to the property, according a website.
The project will bring Miami Beach into the solar fold, with the island providing a home for a number of people living on the island.
The island will provide enough electricity to provide electricity to the island for a full day, according the plan.
The $8,000 investment will allow residents to use a battery-powered power plant and solar-panel roof.
It will also generate enough power for the island’s main office building and a large number of residents, the website said.
The island, which will be renamed Angel Island, is expected to be open for business in 2019.
