A new diY renovation project will make it easier to get rid of old buildings without tearing down a lot of other things.
The diY City Council unanimously approved a $3.4 million renovation of a vacant office building on the north side of the city.
The project is called The Diy Remodelings.
It will be funded through an $11.4-million bond issue by the Diy Realtors Association.
The association will get a share of the cost.
The first phase of the project is slated to be completed by the end of 2020.
The project is also slated to have the same impact on the neighborhood as the previous one.
In addition to the office, the project will include two apartment buildings and a condominium project.
The city also will replace and renovate a vacant building on East Broadway.
The building, which was demolished in the 1990s, will be demolished.
The city is planning to replace it with a community center.
