Houston’s budget has a lot of money sitting around that doesn’t need to be spent, and that’s the result of a new law signed last week that allows the city to save up to $20 million each year by refitting the sidewalks and street lights of the city.
The law was approved by the city’s board of budget officers and was signed into law by Mayor Sylvester Turner last week.
The city will save $20.4 million a year from this new law, which goes into effect in January 2019.
Here are some of the biggest spending changes in the law.
The new law allows for $1 million for the repair of sidewalks and the $10,000 for street light replacement, and $1.5 million for street lighting renovations, according to city spokeswoman Angela Burdick.
She said this will allow the city “to invest in a few of the more important things in our lives.”
The most important thing in our life is to have a clean, safe and healthy city.
There’s been a lot done over the last few years, including a great investment in our parks and our water system.
I think that we have a long way to go, but I think we can all agree that it is a great time to invest in our city, Burdak said.
Houston will spend $9 million on the $20,000 to fix the sidewalks in the next five years.
The rest of the $8 million will go toward street lighting and sidewalk repairs, according the city, which is already spending $4 million on street lighting improvements in 2018.
The city is spending $1,000 on the replacement of street lighting for all of the streets in the city for a total of $6,000, and it’s spending $2,500 to fix street lights for all intersections in the metro area for a combined total of about $4,500.
It’s not clear how much of this will go to the streets that need it most, B, said.
More: The Houston Rockets are the NBA’s most valuable franchise, and they are also the only NBA team that is paying full salaries to its players.
But the NBA is also the biggest single spender on salaries for its teams.
The Warriors, Cavaliers and Knicks each spent $12.6 million on salaries in 2018, according data from Grantland.
The Lakers paid $12 million, and the Lakers are the highest-paid team in the NBA, so it’s a pretty good deal.
The Rockets are also spending about $2.8 million a season on the renovation of the arena.
The Rockets will be paying $1 billion, according Burdack.
The NBA is going to spend more money than that on this because they’re going to get a lot out of this, B said.
The Houston Rockets and NBA are set to meet in Houston for the NBA Finals this April.
It will be the second meeting between the two teams in the finals after the Heat won in Game 6 of the 2017 NBA Finals in Miami.
